Jag slutar aldrig att förundras över denna fantastiska människa, hon har lyckats igen! Denna gång har Taylor Swift skrivit en låt utifrån Katniss vinkel i Hungerspelen och trots att låten inte är i den stilen som hon vanligtvis producerar så är det här otroligt bra, kan vara så att det är en blivande favoritlåt faktiskt! Låten är skriven för filmens officiella soundtrack och det är även låten Safe and Sound som hon släppte 23 december. Låtarna liknar inte alls varandra musikmässigt och känslomässigt. I Safe and Sound är det mer relationer som framhävs mellan Katniss och Rue, Prim och Peeta. I Eyes Open är det mer Katniss som känner sig jagad av The Capitol. Bra är låten iaf, även om den läckt ut ett par dagar för tidigt, jag älskar den!
